Upcoming Hong Kong Office Bldg Bags 2 Platinum Certifications
HONG KONG – Thanks to its superb digital connectivity and advanced smart technology, Henderson Land’s highly-anticipated office building at Murray Road in Central has clinched the highest rating under WiredScore and SmartScore, according to a press release published on Media OutReach on Wednesday (23 Wednesday, SGT).
The Henderson office tower is touted as the city’s first commercial property to obtain platinum certification under both WiredScore and SmartScore. This makes the Hong Kong office property on par with famed global landmarks like New York’s Empire State Building and the Shard in London, both of which have already obtained the double platinum certifications from both accrediting bodies.
In particular, Henderson Land’s office building clinched the highest rating under WiredScore for its high resiliency level on telecommunication services and being future-proof with a unique triple lead-in design, high-speed ring connection backbone, and TownGas Telecom’s Glass-along-Gas technology.
Under SmartScore, the commercial property was recognised for its technological capabilities and its ability to provide its occupants with an exceptional experience.
Moreover, Internet of Things (IoT) sensors are installed throughout The Henderson to maintain optimal performance in indoor climate and air quality. The office building is also powered by an Integrated Tenant Experience Analytic Platform (ITEAP), which provides real-time data to property managers via a dashboard to help them run the commercial property, including monitoring the office tower’s ESG performance.
