The Executive Centre To Open Coworking Space At AIA Central
HONG KONG – In a bid to cater to the growing demand for premium flexible workspace, The Executive Centre (TEC) has clinched a deal to open a coworking space in another prime location in Central at the AIA Central office tower, according to a press release published on ACN Newswire on Thursday (26 August).
Property consultancy CBRE, which assisted TEC in the rental negotiation with the landlord, revealed that The Executive Centre’s upcoming 15,000 sq ft outlet is located on the 15th floor of AIA Central along 1 Connaught Road.
“This modern, flexible and well-equipped workspace situated in a highly desirable location will be an attractive proposition for clients, particularly those in the financial services sector,” said Ada Fung, Executive Director, Head of advisory & transaction services for office services at CBRE Hong Kong.
Nadia Zhu – TEC’s Regional Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan – said they’re excited in securing another prime Grade A office space to their existing portfolio, as well as to offer turn-key workspace solutions to a larger pool of clientele.
“At TEC, we’re confident that Hong Kong will remain a key global business hub for years to come. As a business that has over 25 years of operational experience, we are committed to both continuing our growth and supporting our clients as they grow.”
“Each of our Centres offers a prestigious address with advanced infrastructure such as private offices, business concierges, meeting rooms, coworking spaces and event spaces to meet our clients’ every business need,” she shared.
The Executive Centre’s new coworking space at AIA Central is expected to open by November 2021. With this addition, the flexible workspace operator will have 11 outlets in Hong Kong collectively measuring more than 232,000 sq ft.
In particular, TEC’s 7 coworking spaces in Central, including that in the Hong Kong Club Building and the 1st tower of the International Finance Centre (IFC), were also brokered by CBRE previously.
