Rochester Commons Tower Featuring Grade A Office Space To Be Completed In 2021

SINGAPORE – Rochester Commons, a multi-functional edifice under construction in 1 Rochester Park within one-north is set to be completed towards the end of 2021, CapitaLand announced on 09, September 2020.

Once completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 as announced by CapitaLand, the commercial development named Rochester Commons would be Singapore’s first campus-style integrated development with an office tower, a hotel, and a general executive learning center named Catapult. It is also planned to include the 12 conserved black-and-white heritage bungalows.

Speaking on the development, the CEO of CapitaLand Singapore, Mr. Tan Yew Chin said, “Rochester Commons further strengthens and diversifies the group’s offering so support the hub-and-spoke and core-and-flex workspace needs of companies in the Covid-19 new normal. As a unique campus-style integrated development, Rochester Commons will further complement CapitaLand’s real estate ecosystem and increase our competitive advantage.”

Its office tower is said to have 17 stories covering over 200, 000 square feet of conventional office spaces, a development said to be for the betterment of business and the economy of Singapore.
