The first phase, MBC I, was completed in 2010, consisting of MBC blocks 10, 20, and 30. MBC 10 provides Grade-A office space with column-free floor plates, high ceilings, and panoramic sea views. MBC 20E, 20W, and 30 comprise the business park space, strategically located near MBC 10 for seamless support operations.

MBC I received the Green Mark certification for its modern commercial development with eco-friendly features. MBC I offers a total of approximately 1.72 million sq ft in net lettable area (NLA), setting the standard for sustainable and efficient office spaces.

MBC II (2nd Phase)

MBC II, completed in 2016, comprises four blocks – MBC 50, MBC 60, MBC 70, and MBC 80. Standing at 30 storeys, MBC 70 is Singapore’s tallest business park building, providing unparalleled views of the sea and surrounding parks.

MBC II offers Grade-A specifications, large column-free floor plates, and a unique architectural design with the tower terracing down to eight-, six-, and five-storey blocks. The floor plates range from 25,000 sq ft to potentially 120,000 sq ft when amalgamating space across all four blocks.
