Night Owl Cinematics Office In Yishun Enters Market For S$1.1m

SINGAPORE – An office space that looks like the one owned by video production firm Night Owl Cinematics (NOC) has been listed in a real estate portal, but was eventually removed, according to a report from Mothership.SG last week.

Based on the listing, the commercial property was available for S$1.1 million (S$279.19 psf) a week ago during the beginning of this month. Back then, one of NOC’s co-founder, Sylvia Chan, was embroiled in a controversy as she was accused of using expletives and slurs on her staff.

Although the commercial property listing did not state that the workspace is owned by NOC, the images posted in the listing match the videos shown when the company featurerd their workplace when they first moved there in November 2017.

Situated on the ground level of North View Bizhub building along 6 Yishun Industrial Street 1, the 3,940 sq ft office is equivalent to 4 typical modern HDB flats with 4 rooms each. The commercial property also comes fully furnished and the interiors are similar to what was shown in 2017.
