JustCo To Manage Pay-per-minute Coworking Outlet In Changi Airport
SINGAPORE – JustCo, a coworking space operator based in the city-state, is poised to manage Asia’s 1st pay-per-minute coworking centre in an airport at Changi Airport Terminal 3, reported The Edge on Monday afternoon (8 August, SGT).
The new coworking outlet will open in Q4 2023, and JustCo secured the management rights after it signed a partnership with Changi Airport Group.
“To support the diverse needs of business travellers, modern workers, and digital nomads, Changi Airport Group has been working closely with JustCo to provide a world-class pay-per-minute workspace option in Changi Airport,” remarked Changi Airport Group’s Executive Vice President for commercial operations Lim Peck Hoon.
Aside from that, the upcoming coworking space will be the first JustCo outlet that will be open 24/7. It will feature a work lounge, private office suites, hot-desk workstations, collaboration areas, meeting rooms with video conferencing tools, and peaceful nooks.
JustCo Changi Airport T3 will also come with a nap zone, where clients can rest in a quiet and comfortable place in between their transits. The nap zone also features provisions and a pantry with food vending machines.
JustCo’s Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer Kong Wan Long revealed that the new coworking centre’s pay-per-minute pricing model will be “flexible and convenient for travellers or individuals who need a place to work for a few hours, or even just a few minutes.”
“We are offering a convenient and cost-effective workspace solution to travellers and patrons of Changi Airport, regardless of their length of stay,” he added.
