IWG Launches Another Coworking Centre In Singapore
SINGAPORE – IWG, the world’s biggest provider of flexible workspace, has opened its 25th coworking outlet here at the HarbourFront Tower Two on 14 August, reported The Edge on Friday evening (18 August, SGT).
The new coworking centre, which was unveiled in partnership with Singapore-based investment firm Seraphim Holdings, will be managed under the Regus brand. IWG’s other coworking space brands operating here are No18, Spaces, and Signature.
Known as Regus at HarbourFront Tower Two, the workspace occupies the entire level 11 of the office building. Measuring 11,000 sq ft, the coworking space features 5 meeting rooms, 33 private offices, 48 dedicated desks, and 180 workstations.
HarbourFront Tower Two is a 16-level office property situated between Keppel Bay Tower and Harbourfront Tower One. Notably, the uppermost level of the office building contains the terminal for the cable car that links Sentosa Island with Mount Faber. The commercial property is also near VivoCity and Harbourfront Centre.
“HarbourFront Tower Two sits at the centre of the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast, which offers a gateway to a vibrant environment that integrates work, life and play seamlessly,” commented Seraphim Holdings’ Chief Investment Officer Jeff Kwan.
Furthermore, the new coworking space marks IWG’s 10th outlet outside of Singapore’s city centre after the opening of Regus within Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022.
“Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working,” added IWG’s Country Manager here, Darren Rogers.
