SINGAPORE – IOI Central Boulevard Towers, a soon-to-be completed commercial development that will offer more than 1.29 million sq ft of Grade A office space, has obtained the highest possible rating under WiredScore’s certification programme that evaluates a building’s digital capabilities, reported The Edge on Tuesday afternoon (27 June, SGT).
This makes IOI Central Boulevard Towers the first building in Singapore’s central business district (CBD) to secure the WiredScore Platinum certification.
“IOI Central Boulevard Towers’ WiredScore Platinum certification is a well-deserved recognition of their commitment to providing a best-in-class internet and mobile experience within their property, delivering seamless digital connectivity solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and resiliency for the modern-day tenant,” commented Thomasin Crowley, WiredScore’s Global Director for Asia Pacific.
Aside from that, IOI Central Boulevard Towers also won three top accolades at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards, where it was named as Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Commercial High-Rise Development in Singapore. In addition, it also bagged the Best Mixed-Use Architecture in the city-state.
IOI Central Boulevard Towers, which is being developed by IOI Properties Group, is expected to be completed later this year.
Karen Lau, Head of business at IOI Properties Singapore, said the awards are a “fantastic achievement” in recognition of the company’s ability to create future-ready office spaces. She added that highly-anticipated commercial development ticks all the boxes of what occupants want, such as being innovative, state-of-the-art, and environmentally-friendly.
