Hong Kong’s HDH Centre Marks Completion
HONG KONG – H Development Holdings has just completed this month the HDH Centre, a commercial complex situated at 1 Irving Street in Causeway Bay, according to a press release published on Media OutReach on Thursday (2 December, SGT).
The 25-storey commercial property, which will also function as H Development’s headquarters, has an overall area of roughly 82,000 sq ft.
In particular, it contains 15 levels of Grade A office space from the 11th floor to level 25. The workspace features high-end facilities, open views, and high-ceiling. As such, the office space is suitable for companies from different sectors like information technology (IT), professional consultancy, and financial services.
In addition to being workspaces for businesses, medical practices, and beauty experts, HDH Centre also comes with a rare feature – level 21 and 22 are designed as a duplex, making it ideal as enterprise headquarters. HDH Centre also offers professional management services, and tenants enjoy dedicated parking space.
Meanwhile, levels 3 to 8 of HDH Centre house food and beverage (F&B) outlets, whereas the first floor is being used as a showroom for Bosch Home Appliances. Notably, Bosch is moving its flagship showroom from Central.
Just a 3-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station, the HDH Centre stands on a site that was previously occupied by a hotel. “The redevelopment took 5 years from planning to completion,” revealed H Development’s Chairman Eric Ng.
“Looking forward, the Group is optimistic about the market and potential of Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui. We hope HDH Centre and other commercial buildings and commercial projects will inject more diversity into these two already-flourishing communities,” he added.
