2 Office Floors In Suntec Tower 2 Up For Sale For S$76m

SINGAPORE – Marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has launched for sale 2 strata office floors at Suntec Tower 2 through an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise at an indicative price of S$76 million, reported The Edge on Wednesday afternoon (3 February, SGT).

Located on level 6 and the 11th floor, each has a strata floor area of roughly 14,381 sq ft. This means the guide price works out to an average selling price of about S$2,642 psf.

The real estate consultancy revealed that the properties can be acquired individually or as a bundle. Both are also presently occupied by multinational corporations (MNCs), providing immediate rental income to the buyer.

Notably, Suntec City is a mixed-use project consisting of a retail podium, and 5 Grade A office buildings, as well as a convention and exhibition centre. Located strategically in Marina Centre within Singapore’s Downtown Core, the development is directly connected to 3 MRT stations, namely Esplanade, Promenade, and City Hall.

In addition, Suntec Tower 2 is benefiting from an ongoing asset enhancement initiative (AEI), whereby the building’s entrance, reception areas, elevator lobbies, and restrooms are being upgraded.

“Strata offices in Suntec City are highly sought-after due to the asset’s convenient location, column-free layout, and wide spectrum of amenities at its doorstep,” noted C&W’s Executive Director of Capital Markets, Shaun Poh.

“Given Suntec’s stellar reputation as a Grade A commercial development that consistently attracts the very best MNCs, investors are always on the lookout to acquire such prime assets,” he added.

The EOI exercise for the 2 strata office floors will close on 10 March 2021.
