12 Strata Office Units In Sunshine Plaza Up For Grabs
SINGAPORE – Marketing agent Savills has launched for sale a portfolio of 12 office units at Sunshine Plaza, a mixed-use commercial property within the vicinity of Bras Basah and Bugis, via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise, reported The Edge on Wednesday afternoon (11 October, SGT).
The office units can be acquired individually or as an entire portfolio. The indicative price for an office unit starts from S$932,000, while the entire portfolio is being sold for a total of S$18.4 million. With a combined strata area of 9,805 sq ft, the office units measure between 484 sq ft and 1,346 sq ft.
“The portfolio of 12 units offers buyers the flexibility to purchase units according to their requirements – investors can enjoy yields from 3.5 percent onwards for selected tenanted units and owner-occupiers have units available for immediate occupation,” remarked Sophia Lim, Director for investment sales & capital markets at Savills Singapore.
Situated at the intersection of Middle Road and Bencoolen Street, Sunshine Plaza consists of three residential blocks, a retail podium, and a 12-storey office building.
Located within the Ophir-Rochor Corridor, the mixed-use commercial development is a stroll away from Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations. The MRT stations of Rochor, Bugis, and Dhoby Gaut are also nearby.
The EOI exercise for the 12 office units at Sunshine Plaza closes at 3pm on 21 November 2023.
